This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains the privacy practices governing the information collected through the Lobus Official website (lobus.io) (the “Site”), including its content and other related materials we may make available (such materials collectively with the Site, are referred to as the “Services”). As used in this Privacy Policy, “User,” “you” and “your” refer to users of the Services as well as visitors to the Site. The Service is provided by Lobus, Inc. (“Lobus,” “we,” “us” or “our”).


Please read this Privacy Policy carefully because when you submit information to or through the Site, you are consenting to the collection, processing and retention of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect


Information You Provide to Us. We may collect certain information from you, such as your, first and last name, e-mail, mailing addresses, and phone number (“Personal Information”).


We also collect device and usage data which tells us about the device you use to access the Site and how you interact with the Services as further described below. We collect other types of information such as your operating system and version, and other requested information if you contact us regarding support for the Services.


If you provide us with feedback or contact us through the Site, we will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content included in your message, in order to send you a reply.

Log Files. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. Pixel Tags. We may also use pixel tags (which are also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) on our Services to track the actions of users on our Services. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device by a website, pixel tags are embedded invisibly on webpages. Pixel tags measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the Services, so that we can manage our content more effectively. The information we collect using pixel tags is not linked to our users’ Personal Information.


How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals. We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that might enable Users to opt out of tracking on our site.

We will use and protect information we collect from other sources according to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, in addition to restrictions that may be imposed by the source of the information. These third-party sources may vary over time, but have included publicly-available sources such as other data in the public domain. You may always direct us not to use your Personal Information to provide you with information or offers, or not to send you newsletters, updates, e-mails or other communications by:

We are under no obligation to store such Personal Information indefinitely and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction of such Personal Information. In addition, you should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups or other technology-related reasons.

5. Your California Privacy Rights
California residents are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2018 will receive information about 2017 sharing activities). We do not currently share information for direct marketing purposes.


6. Rights of EU Users
EU users have a number of rights with regard to their personal data, including the right to access and obtain a copy of your information. For EU users, in many cases where we process your personal data, you may also have a right to restrict or limit the ways in which we use that personal data.

In certain circumstances, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us. You can request that we delete your personal data and where feasible we will carry out this request unless certain exceptional reasons arise permitting us to keep certain personal data about you.

Furthermore, Lobus is not responsible for the quality or delivery of the products or services offered, accessed, obtained by or advertised by such sites. As such, neither Lobus nor its affiliates, officers or directors, will be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of the information contained on these websites. To the extent that these websites collect Personal Information or postings from Users, be advised that in no event shall Lobus assume or have any responsibility or liability for the manner in which such information or postings are exploited or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use and/or appearance of the information on these sites. Additionally, you should consult these other sites’ terms of use and privacy policies regarding their use of your information.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years of age. If we learn that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with any Personal Information, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or his or her parent or legal guardian) to inform the child that he or she cannot use the Site. We will then dispose of such Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may update and post revisions to this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do so, we will updated the “Effective Date,” listed above.
